The true author of 1-800-HEAVEN is the Holy Spirit of Promise — imparted to every believer at the moment of surrender to Christ at the cross. At Pentecost, in the upper room, 120 believers were filled with the Spirit of the living God (Acts 2:1–4), empowered for spiritual growth and transformation. He alone can truly testify of Jesus and reveal the whole counsel of God:

"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you." — John 14:26

It is through yielding to the Teacher — receiving every gift He imparts, seeking His face in prayer, and building a life of faithful surrender — that we become vessels usable by the hand of God.
